英语中日期的表达方法如下：
(1)英式英语表达法：按日、月、年的顺序。如：
13 June,2019或13th June,2019(可读作the thirteenth of June twenty nineteen)
(2)美式英语表达法：按月、日、年的顺序。如：
June 13,2019或June 13th,2019(可读作June the thirteenth,twenty nineteen)
【注意】“日”既可以写成序数词的形式,也可以只写阿拉伯数字；读时,“日”必须读作序数词。
