Hello, my name is Alice. I'm a student of No. 2 Middle School. My school is in the centre (中心) of the town. It's easy for some students to get to school. They can take buses, ride bikes or walk to school, but Eric, Lily, Sara and I can't. We are in the same class and we all live in a small village (村子). It is very far from our school so we're often late for school. School mornings are always very busy for us, so we start to take the carpool (拼车).
There are usually four students in the carpool. The parents of these students take turns to drive these kids in their cars.

We make a rule. All of us must get into the car at about 6:30 a.m. because it takes about an hour to get to school. All of us need to follow
it because we all know teamwork is really important in the carpool. If someone is still at home at 7:00 a.m., it means all of us can't get to school on time.
