Dan:That's a good question,Marcel.Protein is very important.It gives you strength(力气).

also in food like vegetables,fish and meat.You can also try a
smoothie.Put some bananas,
apples,strawberries and yogurt with some orange juice in a blender(搅摔机).It's great !
