As a student,you often have a lot of stress(压力). Having a healthy diet can always help you feel better. Here are my tips(实用的提示)for you.
Eat a good breakfast. Studies show that not having breakfast is bad for your study. When there isn't time for you to sit down and enjoy your morning meal,you can have an egg,some fruit and some juice on your way.
Keep healthy snacks on hand. You can enjoy the healthy snacks at any time,like at night or between meals.
Eat lots of food rich in calcium(富含钙). Students at their young age need to build up their bodies with much calcium. If you don't like milk,try some low-fat yogurt,cheese and green vegetables in your diet.
Limit(限制) your sugar
intake. Sugar gives energy to your body. But too much is bad for your teeth. So put a little sugar in your coffee,tea or milk every day.
Drink lots of water. Your body needs more than eight glasses of water a day. And if you often do sports,you may need more. To remind(提醒)yourself,carry a water bottle along to the classroom and keep it close to you at a late study night.
