Last week, I had a fight with my best friend Joan. It was our baddest fight since we became friends! For a whole week, we didn't talk to each other at all.
Before our fight, Joan and I always walked to school together. Although I am slowest than Joan, she always waits for me. However, this morning, we didn't walk together. When I got to her house to meet up with her, she was gone.
It rained very hard this morning. I think it was the rainier day of the year! I forgot my umbrella, so I tried to run fast. I was so careful that I fell and hurt my leg.
When I got to school, Joan was already there, because she is fastest than me. She saw my hurt leg and came right over to me. She calmed me down and then sent me to the nurse's office. Even though we had a fight, she wanted to be helpless. I'm grateful to have such a caring friend. I think Joan is the kinder girl in the world!
Hurting my leg was bad, but fighting with Joan was badder. I never want to fight with her again!
