What's the crater(环形山) like on the Moon? What's the name of the shining star? Everyone would be curious about the sky. And it can be really a fun activity to look at and study stars, the Moon and planets.
We are the Astronomy(天文学) Club and we watch the sky. Usually at school, we study how stars move, learn names of stars and the stories behind them. And sometimes, we would come to the planetarium(天文馆) or the countryside to watch stars together.
The most amazing activity in our club is to watch stars at night, of course, using a pair of binoculars(双筒望远镜). We have found a place where there aren't too many lights. We will camp there and watch stars once a month or once two months. We use a diary to record and learn about how stars move. We'll also watch the Moon and try drawing it on different days of the month.
Come to join in our meeting about the sky in Room 501 on Wednesdays. The more you see, the more you will want to learn!
