Here are some reasons.
First, students spend too much time playing computer games, so they don't have time for reading. Second, they don't have a good habit of reading. They would rather spend their spare time on TVs or mobile phones. In fact, reading makes a full man. It can increase our knowledge and improve our abilities.
To solve this problem, I think teachers should teach us about the importance of reading so that we can develop an interest in reading. Moreover, we can join reading clubs and share books with each other.
