My plan to lose weight
       I have trouble losing weight. I often eat snacks and junk food. As a 
result, I'm overweight this term. I feel nervous and I decide to change.
       I need to have a balanced diet. I should eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, 
but less junk food. What's more, it's good for me to take more exercise.
       I hope these simple changes can help me have a healthy lifestyle.
